A multi phase residential development in North London Mark Dyche and his team have been advising the client and proactively planning the management of risk to create a safe working and public environment.
Millbrook Park began in 2011 and will eventually be a development of 2,174 new high-quality apartments and houses in a landscaped parkland setting, offering residents far-reaching views across north London.
The Former Officers’ Mess building has been sensitively refurbished and converted to apartments by Linden Homes.
Mark Dyche has worked on the Millbrook Park Project since December 2011, ably assisted by his colleague Sam Holloway. They have provided health and safety coordination and support to the Inglis Consortium LLP for the outline development.
We have helped the team coordinate major house builders Taylor Wimpey, Linden Homes, Countryside and Cala Homes as well as Keir building a primary school and NATTA undertaking the infrastructure and site remodelling work.
We also provided comprehensive advice to the development team and monitored site operations through regular auditing and attendance at progress meetings.
Millbrook Park is multi phase residential development in North London. This throws up a multitude of H&S risks and throughout the active life of Millbrook Park, Mark Dyche and his team have been advising the Inglis Consortium and proactively planning the management of risk to create a safe working and public environment.
Millbrook Park is a 10 year project and Mark and his team at Safety For Design will be a key part of the delivery team throughout..
