Mark Dyche – DipSM, Tech IOSH, CMaPS

Managing Director

Mark started his health and safety and construction experience in 1990 as site manager for Müller Dairy UK in Market Drayton and was heavily involved in the construction of the new dairy with further construction project management functions to develop the dairy into one of the biggest dairy production facilities in the UK; a position it retains to this day.

Operations Director

John has had a varied career across a number of industries including farm management and food production, steel fabrication and erection, the construction industry and electrical-mechanical installation and servicing.

Sam Holloway – BA(Hons), CMaPS
Associate Director

Sam’s first role within the company included the implementation of health & safety systems for our customers, including SHE Management Systems. Sam has worked closely with the development of the systems used by St. Modwen Properties PLC as well as developing and implementing tools to monitor and display Accident Frequency Rates (AFR). During this time, Sam also acted as a point of contact for a number of our customers and for St. Modwen across their various regions.

Liz was introduced to health and safety in 1983 when joining Boots the Chemist, as Supervisor and then Department Manager when representing her department on the health and safety committee.  Since then it has become a priority in each area of business she has worked in.

Lisa Gorski
Client Support Manager

Lisa previously worked as an estate agent where she started as a trainee negotiator building her role over 3 years to become a Sales Negotiator with responsibilities of running the office during the manager’s annual leave including completing figures, listing new properties, coordination of sales between solicitors, financial parties and purchaser/seller ensuring all parties were kept informed and deadlines were met. As the company were unable to offer Lisa the opportunity to develop further, she made her choice to change career.

A highly qualified Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor with eight years’ experience within the HSE industry and over five years’ international experience based in the United Arab Emirates.

Matt’s experience as an HSE advisor and an instructor and working with a wide range of industries has given him excellent communication and consultation skills and a capability to work with a wide range of people at different levels and within different industries. This has allowed Matt to develop and maintain solid working relationships at all levels of the business up to and including CEO and Managing Director level.

Craig is a British Army veteran with experience working under pressure in challenging circumstances. Health and safety began for Craig with a risk management role at an Adventure Training Centre in the Bavarian Alps. Later in his Army career he further developed the lessons learned in outdoor pursuits into military operations in Afghanistan.

Brad graduated from the University of South Wales after successfully gaining a 2.1. His B.A (Hons) in Business Management and Marketing, accredited by The Chartered Institute of Marketing, this lead Brad into employment as a Marketing Manager for a Retail Merchandising Services business managing the development of a mobile payment application and creation of an electronic point of sale systems for the retail environment.
